Trademark protection

"All signs, particularly words, including personal names, designs, letters, numerals, acoustic signs and three-dimensional forms, including the shape of goods or of their packaging and other aspects of their presentation, including colours and colour combinations, which are capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of other undertakings, may be protected as a trade mark."
((Section 3 Art. 1 of the German Trade Mark Act [Markengesetz]).

The products of the CHRONOS-Manufaktur are made by skilled craftsmen to very precise standards. We produce astronomical instruments to the best of our knowledge and ability, and to the highest standards, in order to serve our customers.

Every individual device that we manufacture is a unique item. We are justifiably proud to put the logo of the CHRONOS-Manufaktur on our products. Our trade mark gives you an assurance of excellent quality. In order to ensure that our products are unique, we have registered all our logos, trade marks and signs in the register of trade marks at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. They are protected under property rights. Any use by third parties is prohibited. This also applies to our images on the Internet.
