Guarantee and service

If you decide to purchase one of our instruments, we regard this as an obligation to be at your service at all times. Once you have made the decision to acquire an instrument from the CHRONOS-Manufaktur, our service begins with our expert consultation, taking your individual wishes into consideration. From this moment onwards we are at your service at all times.

All the instruments we manufacture carry a guarantee. Our precision handiwork, and the high-quality materials we use, allow us to provide a guarantee over an extended period.

A guarantee period of two years applies to each new instrument created by the CHRONOS-Manufaktur and to service work that we carry out. This guarantee period begins on the date of purchase / the date on which the service work was carried out, and includes all faults in production and materials. The CHRONOS-Manufaktur guarantee does not extend to faults caused by inappropriate use of the instruments. Any work on the instruments carried out by unauthorised persons, or the use of unsuitable cleaning materials etc., renders the guarantee null and void.

Please note that our products are created to a very high quality standard and that we do not expect that you will need to make a claim under our guarantee.However, should a fault become apparent on one of our instruments within the guarantee period, please immediately contact your point of sale or get in touch with the CHRONOS-Manufaktur directly.
